Jesus knew how frail human flesh is. So He instructed Peter to pray so he wouldn’t give in to temptation. Instead, Peter fell asleep and soon after he fell victim to temptation. If Jesus needed to pray, and the Apostles needed to pray, how much more do we also need to pray?
