God dealing with mankind involves a threefold manifestation of the Godhead: the Father dwelling among men in the tabernacle and then the temple; the gospel era when the Son lived among men in the temple of His flesh; and the Holy Spirit looking for bodies to inhabit so He could do His work in and through them.
